I went into the Animal House Shelter and was helping out with my friend. When we started working, I saw and was working with kittens, they were adorable. When we got into the back rooms i saw a beautiful black cat, Then I read the card from above.
I was afraid, how can someone hurt an animal like this, he is nothing but a sweet, innocent black cat. Now, besides the fact he is still sweet, he jumps whenever he hears someone, he gets scared easily but all i wanted when i saw him was to pet him and hold him.
I picked him up and held him, he rubbed his face against mine like he was giving me kisses, i saw his paws, covered in scars and burns but when I held him, all he did was purr at me.
All animals deserve a chance at a good life. This beautiful cat deserves a better life.
